Is that something Stefan will ever reveal to Elena? Likewise, things didn’t play out exactly the same way as on the show, which is confusing—isn’t this “what really happened” back then? Revisionist history much? For this type of book, it was written well; mechanically and grammatically, it was perfect. There were no typos. There was, however, a few times when actions didn’t matched up, as in Stefan’s father picking up a book and then, two paragraphs later, the book supposedly never having left Stefan’s lap.
